Delivery and payment
Where we deliver
We deliver goods only within the Czech Republic.
When we dispatch the goods
We make each figure by hand only after the order has been received. Goods labelled "In stock" are regularly available and we make them for you without any further arrangement.
When you pay by transfer, we start making the goods once the payment has been credited to our account; for cash on delivery, right after the order has been submitted. We dispatch the goods within 3 working days. Delivery by the carrier then usually takes 2 working days. The usual total time from payment (for cash on delivery, from the order) to delivery is therefore 5 working days.
If making the goods should exceptionally take longer (for example for a larger number of pieces or before Christmas), we let you know by email before dispatch, and you can decide whether to wait for the goods or cancel the order at no cost.
We deliver the goods no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless we agree otherwise.
Delivery methods
Prices are per parcel. The exact price is always shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
- Zásilkovna – pickup point or Z-BOX – Price: 79 Kč; Cash on delivery: only at a pickup point, not in a box
- Delivery to an address – Price: 109 Kč; Cash on delivery: yes
- Personal pickup – Price: free; Cash on delivery: no
Delivery is free for purchases of goods from 2,500 Kč. The cash-on-delivery surcharge still applies.
You choose Zásilkovna pickup points and Z-BOXes at checkout on the Zásilkovna map.
Personal pickup. You can collect the goods at Polská 528/43, 779 00 Olomouc by prior arrangement by email or phone. The order must be paid in advance by transfer.
When you choose a pickup point or box at checkout, the carrier shows you its opening hours. Please collect the parcel within the storage period the carrier tells you. An uncollected parcel is returned to us; the costs of sending it again are governed by the Terms and conditions.
Receiving the parcel
Glass is fragile, so we pack every figure carefully. When you receive the parcel, please check that the packaging is not visibly damaged. If it is, you can refuse the parcel or make a damage report with the carrier. If you discover the damage only after opening it, write to us as soon as possible at johanes-sklo@seznam.cz and attach photographs of the packaging and the goods – this makes it easier to settle the claim with the carrier. Checking the parcel on receipt does not in any way limit your statutory rights arising from defective performance or your right to withdraw from the contract.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer (also QR code) – When it can be used: with all delivery methods; Fee: free
- Cash on delivery – When it can be used: Zásilkovna pickup point (not in a box) and delivery to an address; Fee: 49 Kč
Bank transfer. After the order is submitted, we show you the account number, IBAN, amount and variable symbol together with a QR code for the payment, and we also send you the payment details by email. Please pay for the order within 7 days. We start making the goods once the payment has been credited. If the payment does not arrive within this period, we will contact you and agree on how to proceed.
Cash on delivery. You pay the carrier when you receive the parcel. Cash on delivery cannot be paid in a pickup box (Z-BOX), because the box opens only after payment; checkout therefore does not offer cash on delivery for a box.
Payment in cash or online by card is not possible at the moment.
Prices and invoice
Prices of goods and delivery are final. The seller is not a VAT payer and therefore does not add VAT to the prices.
For payment by transfer we issue the invoice once the payment has been credited; for cash on delivery, when the goods are dispatched. We send it to you by email and you can download it from the order at any time. We enclose a paper invoice with the parcel unless you confirmed at checkout that you do not need it.
Returning goods
Return goods to the address Polská 528/43, 779 00 Olomouc. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. The procedure is in the sections Withdrawal from the contract and Defect claims.
